3 Levels of Teshuva Meditation - Orot HaTeshuva
3 LEVELS OF TESHUVA MEDITATION:
Finding within ourselves the 3 different levels of Teshuva
based on a Shiviti Shiur by Sara Prijs
“Orot HaTshuva by Rav Kook
Take a few moments
To breath
And be in the place of
Just Being
נשמת כל האצילית
בהודה וקדושתה
1 תשובה פתאומית
Is there a spiritual lightning bolt?
An instant of total recognition of Oneness
Be present
Capture the moment.
or
Do I see negativity?
I DON’T WANT THAT
I want so much more
Noticing what it feels light inside
Being willing to feel the desire for something
so much different
See if I can let that be
Let go of my beliefs
of what possible and whats not
See the missing alef / H’ in our lives
And knowing we are so much more than that
We hate that grossness of the dark
Knowing we are so much more
And the beliefs that connect us to those disconnected places
And knowing we ARE MORE
2 תשובה הדרגית
from there
seeing the area we are trying to grow
Not actually seeing the growth
Like watching a tree or a flower
but still doing the work.
Imagine the little victorious steps
are huge steps in the upper world
Be aware of the tikkun
In the higher worlds
When little thought invades into our day
Know
Every time its pushing me away
IT IS REALLY HASHEM BRINGING ME CLOSER
We are doing the deepest holiest work
3 התשובה העליונה
allowing ourselves to dream
Of a world that is filled with
Daas
Tov haKlali הטוב הכללי
של הטוב האלהי השורה בעולמות כולם
Where the whole world is in a state of healing
The deep shifts we see in the world
Is in alignment with my self
A desire of the light of the geula
אור חי העולמים
Reognizing the Shechina within me
Seeing the Shechina in everything
And dreaming of what that will look like
Looking at teshuva
On all levels of gilgulim
Seeing what that level of teshuva looks like
And what we are willing to do
to get there
Taking some deep breaths
Of gratitude
Ratzo v shav.
Where is my ratzo right now?
Where is my shav right now?
May H’ guide us
To be aware of the moments
that are life changing seeds of potential
To see the darkness for what it is
To really BE present
The process doesn’t have to feel painful or sad
But joyful
And remember
we are leaping in the upper worlds!
When we are NOT
in the state of elevation
And be able to access dveikus
the world so infinitely better
to experience the Shechina
Wishing you an embracing peaceful Shabbat
