THE 4OTH DAY
Cleanse. Recharge & Rebirth in the MIKVAH OF THE OMER

MEDITATION
Today is day 40 of the omer
Which is a special day
In the collective consciousness of Knesset Yisrael

the number 40 is connected to 3 nekudot
with significane to
COMPLETION IN A PROCESS

The connection between these three things reflects the reality that the 40th of something
Initiates a point / nekuda of transformation

  1. The soul enters the body of the fetus on the 40th day of conception (Nidda 30a) / and Pregnancy is 40 weeks THE BIRTH OF ONES SOUL

  2. The mabul that purified the world in the generation of Noach lasted for 40 days THE REBIRTH OF THE WORLD

  3. The minimum amount of water needed to make a kosher mikvah is 40 se’ah THE REBIRTH OF ONE’S SOUL

echad, yechid, u meyochad

The sefirat ha omer is a transformational process that shares many similarities with the experience of immersing in a mikvah
It has the ability to
CLEANSE, REALIGN, AND UNCLOG, OR REENERGIZE
ONES RUCHNIUS LIFE

On this 40th day of the Omer
NOW we enter into a new stage
In the counting process
THE FINAL 10 DAYS OF THE OMER.

Having completed 39 days of intense inner work,
parallel to the days of separation and tevila immersion in the mikvah
Now we are prepared to go to the mikvah
To cleans recharge and rebirth in the MIKVAH OF THE OMER

It is this awareness that connects us more fully to the eitz hachayim. The tree of ofe
Since being connected to Life does not just mean bein alive
Being connected to Life means that I am aligned with the constantly shifting dynamic of Life
All the TRANSITIONS OF LIFE
TO SUCH A PROFOUND DEGREE
That I become a CHANNEL, A TZINOR OF LIFE ITSELF!

This is the way of water…
The Mai Mikvah…
For Water says
“ I will let nothing stop me or make me forget who I am
Should you place a stumbling block in my path
I will find a way around it.
Should you place a twest in front of me, I will twist with it.
Eagerly awaiting to see where it might lead
And what I become in the process.

No matter the situation, I will remain true to who I am
And my mission to bring Life to the world.
I will remain poised
I will put on my crown of malchut
And I am ready to have Life / chius
Act through me.

This is the purpose of immersing in this mikvah
Of the Omer
On the 40th day
I am being rebirthed
To my authenticity, agility
So that I can show up
As my fully embodied
Higher self
And meet any life situation
Panim l panim
I sit here in Tzfat
With army jets storming over me
The earth vibrating
I here the kolot
And feel the thunder of Preparing to receive the torah anew
With hitchadshut.

I immerse in the waters of this mikva
I reinstall  within me amy natural state of tahara and temimut and kedusha
Important facets of Yesod

I emerge
From the  mayim chaim the living waters
That I am immersed in
Surrounding by the earth on all sides
With humility
Hod, vitality
And flexibility

I am resilient
As I remain grounded and centered in my Yesod

Steps for Transforming and Rectifying Thoughts
The chush / Sense of Iyar is THOUGHT / Hirhurim

  1. RECOGNIZE the moment. STOP! I am in a state of nefila / falling into my negative thought pattern / midda / taiva / self judgement

  2. RECOGNIZE this is a state of perfection, created by the Perfect Creator

  3. RATZO RUN “Hashem please help me. I feel the fire / feeling of constriction trigger. I don’t want this and I can’t do this without you.

  4. FEEL THE SIMCHA I can actually feel happy about this feeling / emotion / taiva because it was placed in me for this tikkun (to elevate to my yechida-soul level)

  5. BARUCH HASHEM Thank you Hashem. I don’t need to fall into this negative thought pattern anymore. I get it now!

  6. SHOV/ RETURN be present / bring the light back into the relationship with your self and others. Return to your heart center and feel the Shechina presence

  7. BE CONSCIOUS that I fulfilled my tikkun for my soul, and collectively for Knesset Yisrael and the world

  8. Say a pasuk / do a mitzva / do chesed  / learn Torah
