יָחִיד גֵּאֶה לְעַמְּךָ פְּנֵה זוֹכְרֵי קְדֻשָּׁתֶךָ. (יג"ל פז"ק):
שַׁוְעָתֵנוּ קַבֵּל וּשְׁמַע צַעֲקָתֵנוּ יוֹדֵעַ תַּעֲלוּמוֹת. (שק"ו צי"ת):
בָּרוּךְ שֵׁם כְּבוֹד מַלְכוּתוֹ לְעוֹלָם וָעֶד:
רִבּוֹנוֹ שֶׁל עוֹלָם, אַתָּה צִוִּיתָנוּ עַל יְדֵי מֹשֶׁה עַבְדֶּךָ לִסְפּוֹר סְפִירַת הָעוֹמֶר כְּדֵי לְטַהֲרֵנוּ מִקְּלִפּוֹתֵינוּ וּמִטֻּמְאוֹתֵינוּ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתַבְתָּ בְּתוֹרָתֶךָ: וּסְפַרְתֶּם לָכֶם מִמָּחֳרַת הַשַּׁבָּת מִיּוֹם הֲבִיאֲכֶם אֶת־עֹמֶר הַתְּנוּפָה שֶׁבַע שַׁבָּתוֹת תְּמִימֹת תִּהְיֶינָה. עַד מִמָּחֳרַת הַשַּׁבָּת הַשְּׁבִיעִת תִּסְפְּרוּ חֲמִשִּׁים יוֹם, כְּדֵי שֶׁיּטָּהֲרוּ נַפְשׁוֹת עַמְּךָ יִשְׂרָאֵל מִזֻּהֲמָתָם, וְּבְכֵן יְהִי רָצוֹן מִלְּפָנֶיךָ יְיָ אֱלֹהֵינוּ וֵאלֹהֵי אֲבוֹתֵינוּ, שֶׁבִּזְכוּת סְפִירַת הָעוֹמֶר שֶׁסָּפַרְתִּי הַיּוֹם, יְתֻקַּן מַה שֶׁפָּגַמְתִּי בִּסְפִירָה *___ שב___* וְאֶטָּהֵר וְאֶתְקַדֵּשׁ בִּקְדֻשָּׁה שֶׁל מַעְלָה, וְעל יְדֵי זֶה יֻשְׁפַּע שֶׁפַע רַב בְּכָל הָעוֹלָמוֹת וּלְתַקֵּן אֶת נַפְשׁוֹתֵינוּ וְרוּחוֹתֵינוּ וְנִשְׁמוֹתֵינוּ מִכָּל סִיג וּפְגַם וּלְטַהֲרֵנוּ וּלְקַדְּשֵׁנוּ בִּקְדֻשָּׁתְךָ הָעֶלְיוֹנָה, אָמֵן סֶלָה:
TEFILLAH:
Ribono shel olam
You implored me
Through the spiritual master Moshe
To count to illuminate
The omer
Yesh = animal food
To use the divine light

In order to energetically to purify ourselves from our klippas – negative energy forces

Attempting to purify our souls / consciousness

From our hearts and all the influences in our lives
By raising my consciousness
And doing this action
I am now fixing my intent
That I want to fix, heal, elevate
Any flaw in the corresponding sefira of HOD SHE B CHESED
I want that energy to illuminate my life and the world
I may have blocked that
Mida kneged mida
The flow of energy
Buy ive contaminated this by being stingy etc
So chesed couldn’t flow into the world
As below so above
If I model kindness and caring then Hashem flows it down
You are tzelem elokim
I gave you the keys in your heart
Hashem Tzilcha, hashem is your shadow
Aligned to what we do
Where have I contaminated my heart
Now I want to heal and release in that area
When I do this mitzva
I fix it
I open up that energetic channel
I wish that light to flood the world
To receive an energetic rush of holiness
In the world
And when I fix this intent
There should be tremendous energy
Flowing and flooding all the levels of consciousness
Nefesh ruach neshama
Flooded with energetic sanctity from above
Incredibly important opportunity to take advantage each day to do this mitzva
Some people just count
Some people will read all the kavanas
The kabbalists would meditate from that source of energy
They would tap it
Heal it

Do you have respect and awe of who you love
Do you have healthy boundaries
Do you deplete yourself sometimes.
Sometimes mothers love to a flaw
If you don’t have a self, you love will be finite. Love yourself
3. Tiferes shebChesed
Give to the person
4. Netzach sheBChesed
I’m never going to stop loving
Love that conquers everything; a power to keep on going
5. Hod she bChesed
Knowing when NOT TO BE KIND
To hold yourself back
Out of respect to the person its better not to give
Sometimes you love somebody by holding back
6. Yesod She bChesed
Bonding and connecting; there’s a harmony when to giving and holding back
Here you are in dveikus, you are a channel, a tzinur for the divine connection
7. Malchus she b Chesed
celebrating the actions of kindness
Completely identifying with kindness

Everyone’s tests are the opposite of their nature

A person who knows how to love, has to have boundaries.
To master love, explore the limits / dimensions of love
No trait perfect in itself
Love is not absolutely good
It can be highly destructive to be compassionate
Ie. Don’t give an addict drugs
Each needs to be mastered
Polishing, shining, illuminating the 7 divine energies
