Thus even in our PRESENT STATE IN THIS WORLD, WITH ALL THE TOV AND THE RA THAT IS IN US, WE DO HAVE TO SAY

MEDITATION

You are making the journey of my soul
In matzav bet 2 so clear to me
I get to ratzo v shav
And daven
And say with kavana
Kadosh kadosh kadosh
And see the oneg of making this choice
I have the gift to look ahead
At my future perfect self

To say to myself in hindsight
I didn’t have to choose the suffering
But as I look back
And see how the suffering was essential

To align to cacha zeh!
With conviction
Knowing that matzav 3 is already is in completion
I choose torah and mitzvot
To meet myself with compassion
I choose to sit with great compassion to truly do this

To Sense you
I want to have inner joy
While being in my matzav 2
This world

First I must accept trust and validate this journey
And intuit that
With this acceptance
The next step is open
Right there for me

I am already existing in matzav 3 in Ein Sof
I stop to meditate on this
For Amalek, Haman, Hamas
Wants to eradicate the malchut
Holding paradox
It has come in to bring doubt and despair

I can maintain inner joy

I am contemplating and taking into my bones

I know I am nothing.

Via suffering
Which forces us to transform the will to receive for itself alone

I thank you for all the suffering I am going through
