TZFAT RETREAT

6 DAYS TO RENEW & RECONNECT
LISTEN | EXPAND | SHIFT

Absorb the holiness of the Land of Israel and flow into a present state of being

There is a well known story about a Chassidic rabbi named Reb Zusha. His students once asked him about his greatest fear. He replied that he was not worried about living up to Moses or Abraham. Rather, his concern was that upon his death, G-d would ask him, “Zusha, why weren’t you Zusha?”

- Chassidic tale

A SOULFUL CONNECTIONS RETREAT FOR WOMEN

Mission

On this 6-day transformational journey you will be invited you to immerse yourself in an inner process that blends Torah learning, meditation, full body movement, breath work, sound therapy, energy work, nature, laughter and more. This retreat will guide you to tap into your inner wisdom, access your strengths, and reveal clarity.

The TZFAT retreat is an opportunity to dive deep into connecting to self, each other, and The Highest Source. The intention is for you to connect with who you are and what is possible for you.

How do I know this experience is for me?

This experience is for Jewish women who want to deepen their sense of self and gain wisdom to apply to their everyday life.

Testimonials from last year’s TZFAT Retreat

SOULFUL CONNECTIONS has tapped into something real and it continues to blow my mind. It is rare to be in such a connective setting with teachers who have truly mastered their gifts. The facilitators nurture a space that allows every single woman in the group to reach unimaginable depth and come out transformed. I’m in awe, I’m inspired, and I’m so grateful that I got to have this experience.

— Leah

“I came on the TZFAT retreat not knowing what to expect, what I found was one of the most profound experiences of my life. The teachers are masterful in providing a perfect container for deep and meaningful spiritual inner work. Their program and the gifts that each of them bring to it is wonderfully designed. I had a much needed and moving release of years of pent up emotional and energetic blockage. They provided a safe space, a space they hold so well and handle with care, to be able to shed years of grief, anger and resentment I had been holding unknowingly. I am very grateful to the entire group of beautiful women i met and the leaders for creating such a powerful and amazing retreat
