Sit in your sukka (Preferably, if you can ;)
Relax your body
Breath
Connecting to your higher self
to your holy pure emotions
focusing on
kedusha

Feel the infinite light pouring into you
From the crown of your head, Keter / schach
down through your center kav/ line
to tiferet / heart center
down to Yesod / lower body
choose to connect to Yosef HaTzadik
connect to the the
*bliss of your relationship with Hashem.*

focusing on Yesod
feeling your womb space in your body
warm and relaxed
enter into the otiot / letters of Hashem’s name
yud shuruk hey shuruk etc.

You are an embodiment of
the light of Yosef HaTzadik
by focusing on his midda of connection
of bonding
healing and positive
sexual bonding and connection

All that energy should be harnessed
in the holiest way
the most pure ways
to connect in the deepest ways

i'm bonding with people
i should be
with healthy boundaries
with innocence with purity
to see the divine wisdom
in the connection
hiskashrus

and to connect to that only
to relationship with people only
in the deepest holiest ways

release any destructive sexual energy
enlighten me with true dveikus through hiskashrus

release all negativity
if nefilot / triggers / fallen relationships
erase them
erase, erase, erase any negativity, shadows, darkness
connected to that person /relationship

breath/ relax / make spac…
and embrace the holy elevated
power of connection
within you on this special holy day
of the LIGHT OF YOSEF haTzadik
and allow it in to all of your life
moving forward

may I be zocheh to become bound with Hashem
through the way and middot of Yosef HaTzadik

I feel myself purified and cleanse
as I am “drawing forth of water in joy” (Yeshayahu 12:3)
וּשְׁאַבְתֶּם־מַ֖יִם בְּשָׂשׂ֑וֹן מִמַּֽעַיְנֵ֖י הַיְשׁוּעָֽה:
on Succot
as I am receiving a new level of the Torah Chadasha
ruach HaKodesh
through the sparks of the schach
of the future coming down to the world

and through this meditation
learning Torah
avodatHashem through the ways of the Ushpizin
according to this 6th day,
May we be zoche
to a revelation of the Shechinah

GENERAL USHPIZIN

enter into the letters of the Torah
focus on the sefira of ushpizin of today
 focusing on (ie day 1 love of Hashem).
This was the trait of ___ Ushpizin,
and by becoming an embodiment for the light of ___ Ushpizin,
by focusing on his trait of ___
I learn the letters of the Torah,
may I be zocheh to “see” ___ Ushpizin,
meaning that I will see the Shechinah in the form of ___ Ushpizin, and become bound with Hashem through the way of ___ Ushpizin.

For by the “drawing forth of water in joy” (Yeshayahu 12:3)
וּשְׁאַבְתֶּם־מַ֖יִם בְּשָׂשׂ֑וֹן מִמַּֽעַיְנֵ֖י הַיְשׁוּעָֽה:
on Succos,
And you will receive novelties from the choicest of the righteous”, - Targum Onkelos “
meaning that on Succos, a level of the Torah Chadasha
new Torah of the future comes down to the world,
and through learning Torah on Succos and serving Hashem through the ways of the Ushpizin
according to that day,
one merits a revelation of the Shechinah
that corresponds to the particular Sefirah (chessed/Avraham, gevurah/Yitzchok, etc.)
of each day of Succos.
