Feeling the pain of a separateness
and taking it to its source: fear / doubt / abandonment
Experiencing chaos / tohu v’vohu triggers
Breaking down and feeling the sinking of Daas

Confronting panim l’panim; the source of darkness.
Praying for equanimity / histavus in this lowest moment
Shivit H-shem lnegdi tamid.

Tapping into malchus and feminine intuition
Returning to Elokus / G-dly self
Opening the channel to receive the light of the fallen sparks.

Transforming into a the source of strength
Reflecting the lost light in the depths of the darkness
Realizing I can’t be a mashpia unless I can maintain Daas

Healing with Deveikus at the core
Releasing the constriction
Meeting of Heart & Mind.

Beginning a 2 year journey to pnimus:
Popping bubbles and peeling klippos.
Arriving to stillness / Yishuv HaDaas through constant avodah .
Feeling full emptiness
Tapping into the potency of bitul hayesh / ayin / nothingness.

2 RACHAMIM

ReShuffling parent-child relationships
Creating boundaries: separate, but profoundly connected

Revealing Unique revelations of divinity
Emulating Hashem’s rachamim
Sharing vulnerably releases the dynamic experience of greater good
Seeing divinity of all things achieves the capacity to maintain compassion.

Tapping into gevura
Practicing this dimension of Daas that says ‘no’
Intuiting the rachamim from the rechem/ womb
Staring at the inner light of the archetypal mother and child
Allowing my self to see the good in the Shechina in exile
knocking

Davening through the challenge,
“I am higher that this trigger. I can be strong and compassionate.
I don’t know why this is happening but I surrender to Hashems will.
I don’t need to understand. I need to learn to have true emunah right now.
In humility, I release my lower self and embrace something greater than myself.”

Falling to the depths of despair
Believing I have reached bottom
Connecting to Daas in the nafila (fall)
Experiencing surrounding and inner rachamim - sovev and memale

Focusing with intention
on marriage revitalized in the
living waters of Mikvah.
Expanding consciousness while
Being completely present.

Motheringly wrapping the emergence
Embracing and thanking Hashem for
Rebirthing self in purity
Cleansing completely in mikvah/ kaveh / hope
Feeling gratitude in this divine place.

5 HAKARAH V’HARGASHA

Reaching beyond self,
Resonating to the designated frequencies
Knowing. Just knowing. Daas.

Preparing for the wedding.
Channeling the flow for others to receive the infinite light
Elevating - not capturing - the moment with pics
Iintegrating the higher energies with grounded physicality

Extracting my self from my story
Retrieving all necessary tools to Dveikus. Undercover.
Connecting to the Besht and to Rachel Imeinu

Preparing the externals
Knowing the narcissistic circumstances are vessels / e-vites from HKB”H
Inviting us to have a relationship with Him.
Metakening the instances which Hashem has brought to my awareness.
Accepting them with compassion.

Bonding with each person in the room
Reflecting their light to the higher light
Transforming everything to this One purpose

Capturing eye contact
Beaming recognition and love
Resonating frequencies and sometimes going down to their place
Diffusing any remnant of doubt or judgment
Glowing from each others light as we rise together

Interincluding each individual in this microcosm of Klal Yisrael
Generating light and redirecting it expansively
Bonding opens spiritual receptivity.

Opening hischabrus with the humility of the circumstance
Eliminating competitiveness
Tapping into the free flow of water, air, fire / mayim ruach aish
Rising waters from below, Meeting waters from above.

Standing under the chuppa
Encircling chossan under the now familiar spotlight
Drawing circular boundaries
Creating a Bayis neeman bYisrael

Cleansing & refining / Birur HaDaas
Refining the Innocent expectations defiled
Repairing unblemished receptivity.

8 RATZON

Motivating will power
Overcoming any resistance to Oneness
Sweetening / Himtakus with Sheva brachos
Aligning with Hashems will.

Singing focuses our collective yearning
Willing to be connected to Yerushalayim
Believing that.
Shattering glass triggers expansive joy.
Beyond self.

9 YETZER TOV

Whisperings in the aftermath. A still small voice
compelling connectivity with rishimu
Guiding gently back to dveikus
Nudging gently and reminding of malchus

10 BECHIRA

Tapping into the inner divine wisdom. Not just acting and reacting
Choosing to remain above the subjective bias of ego-based beliefs
Creating new opportunities for light / healing / growth.

11 MANHIGOS
Surveying the domain as awakened mindful being
Choosing to believe in the rightful ruler of consciousness.
Swirling to the music with ruach lightness
leading winds of swift electrifying movement
Filling every soul with nourishing interinclusiveness
Glowing and vibrating in the circle dance
Experiencing the dancing with the lightness of a deer
Lifting each other in a unified field ... with Hashem
Conducting in the center.

Transcendimg limitations
Expanding consciousness with chiddushim
Shifting cosmic consciousness.
Redeeming the sparks with yichudim
Bringing us a little closer as a new light enters the world

Launching beyond self to super consciousness of Divine soul
Healing with true purpose and potential
Aligning lower self with the infinite light
Expressing love of higher-self
